You have to know this
Giant pretzel from the Piller bakery
Our hearty giant pretzels are perfect for a “pretzel time” for two. We get the delicious pretzel from the Piller bakery in Munich. The pretzel is best known for the Wiesn. For many Munich residents, a Piller pretzel is part of the Wiesn Start. After the bakery supplies a few festival tents at the Oktoberfest with so many independent pretzel sellers, Oswald Piller invented a pretzel wrapping machine. It can loop up to 2,800 pretzels per hour.
Crispy bread from the Schmidt bread factory
We get our delicious bread from the Schmidt bread manufacturer in Munich. Only high quality ingredients are used there. Only the best is good enough to make crusty bread. It is precisely for this reason that we have chosen the Schmidt bread factory, which has been around since the early 19th century.
Beef for the Stiftl-Bruger from BayernOX
The establishment of the BayernOX brand is the result of an initiative by Munich city center owners. They have set themselves the goal of purchasing beef directly from the immediate region.
Bayern Ox products come from regional farmers in Miesbach, Traunstein and Weilheim.
Fresh from the EIsvogel fish farm in Molln
The home of the kingfisher fish farm in Molln is the Kalkalpen nature reserve. Surrounded by the mountain river "Krumme Steyrling", the fish ponds were laid out in the 1960s. The motto of the Eisvogel fish farm is "From pure nature" - and that is also the reason why we wanted to work with the Eisvogel fish farm.
Beers from Hacker-Pschorr
We are happy to have such an experienced partner as Hacker-Pschorr at our side. Above all, it was important to us to offer a wide range of beer, and with all the fine beers from Hacker-Pschorr, we have succeeded in doing this. In addition to the Münchner Hell, there is also a cellar beer, the Hefe Weisse and Stern Weisse, the Braumeister Pils and the Münchner Dunkel. In order to respond to the new beer trends, we have also decided to put EISWERK on the menu and offer three different "craft beers". Paulaner can also be found on the drinks menu and with the Zwickl we have a hip, trendy drink on offer.
